Bargaining Unit Lists. A. By August 1st of each calendar year, the Employer will provide the Union with a list of all employees in the bargaining units coded for Local 17 dues deductions within Local 17 job classifications (Appendix A). The list may be written or sent electronically and will contain the personnel area title, employee’s name, employee’s address, job classification title, personnel number, organizational code and work county, union deduction code, work contract type, employee group and personnel sub-area title. The report will also include dues deduction amount, dues deduction start date and dues deduction end date.
B. Quarterly, the Employer will provide the Union with a list of all employees who have been appointed to, separated from, or moved out of the bargaining units. The list may be written or sent electronically and will contain the personnel area title, personnel number, employee’s name, employee’s address, job classification title, organizational code and work county, personnel sub-area title, and effective date of the action, action type code and description, action reason and description, and union deduction code.
C. Upon request, the Employer will provide reports listing all bargaining unit members including classification, employee’s name, employee’s address, organizational code, work county, work contract type, employee group, and any other information necessary to determine non-permanent appointment status.
D. In addition to the annual and quarterly reports provided in Subsection 1.5 A and B, the Employer and/or covered agencies will provide the Union with a document listing the numeric codes used in the reports along with their associated meanings. The Employer and/or covered agencies will provide the Union with updates of this document whenever changes or revisions to the document are made.
E. The Employer will cooperate with the Union to facilitate the process of obtaining the reports listed in paragraphs A–D above and will make a good faith effort to ensure that the reports are accurate and timely.
Bargaining Unit Lists. The Board shall make available to the Union for its use a list of all bargaining unit members on or about the fifteenth (15th) student attendance day of the Fall and Spring semesters. The Union will review and make final corrections to this list by the twenty-third (23rd) student attendance day of the Fall and Spring Semesters. These lists shall include address, phone number (if available), applicable bargaining unit job title, and course schedule for each adjunct faculty member.
Bargaining Unit Lists. The Adjunct Faculty Association will be furnished all Board agenda materials with information regarding the employment of faculty. If written permission to give out a residential telephone number is given by an adjunct faculty member on the ‘Schedule of Courses’ form, the Association shall have access to that number kept in each Division Office.
Bargaining Unit Lists. The Employer will provide to the Union a list of all employees covered by this Agreement upon ratification of this Agreement. Thereafter, the University shall provide a list of all employees covered by this Agreement on a monthly basis.
Bargaining Unit Lists. A. Once per calendar year, upon request, the Department will provide to the Union, to the extent available in an existing automated database, listings of bargaining unit employee names, job titles, series, professional or non-professional status, service, work location, and duty station.
B. Twice per calendar year, upon request, a field facility will provide the local union, to the extent available in an existing automated database, listings of bargaining unit employee names, job titles, series, professional or non-professional status, service, work location, and duty station.
C. If the Department is temporarily unable to comply with the Union’s request made under either A or B, it will immediately notify the Union of when the information will be available.

Upon request of AFSCME Council 79, and no more than quarterly, the University will provide the union a list of all bargaining unit members, including designation of new hires since the last bargaining list provided, at no cost to the union. The data will include the employees’ names, home addresses, home/personal telephone numbers, work telephone numbers, email addresses, work locations, and classification titles. The union may request additional information, but the University is only required to provide information that is readily available. The information shall be given to the union electronically as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. AFSCME may email employees at the preferred email address provided in the quarterly Bargaining Unit List.
Bargaining Unit Lists. The Board shall provide to the Union the following information for current bargaining unit members on or before the tenth (l0th) day of the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. All bargaining unit lists rendered to the Association shall contain all required information under 5 ILCS 140/7.5 Public Act 101-0620 for those students without a FERPA hold on their record. If a student has placed a FERPA hold on their information, then that student's information shall not be included in the list provided to the Association in accordance with federal law. The Board shall provide the Association with the number of Assistants who have placed a FERPA hold on their information.
Bargaining Unit Lists. 1. The College will notify the Union President within seven (7) business days of the start date of a new bargaining unit member. The notice will include the new employee’s name, home mailing address, department, position title, step, level, salary, and date of hire.
2. The College will notify the Union President within seven (7) business days of the change of position or termination of any member of the bargaining unit.
