Common use of Personal Business Clause in Contracts

Personal Business. Section 1. For the transaction of personal business there shall be an annual allotment not to exceed three (3) days with pay which if not used may be added to the accumulated sick leave days in accordance with Article IV. When a personal business absence will immediately precede or immediately follow a vacation period, holiday, or day of school dismissed by the Board, the administrator shall not receive personal business pay allotment unless prior permission has been obtained from the Superintendent or his/her designee.
