Personal coverage. Any amnesty granted by operation of this law in accordance with the previous Articles, shall apply as from the day it comes into effect, provided that the crimes have been committed prior to the Final Peace Agreement coming into effect. 1. That the judicial order convicts, puts on trial or investigates because of membership of or collaboration with the FARC-EP. 2. Members of the FARC-EP, after the Final Peace Agreement with the National Government comes into effect, in accordance with the lists handed over by representatives appointed by this organisation specifically for this purpose, which lists shall be verified, as provided for in the Final Peace Agreement. The foregoing applies even though the judicial order does not convict, put on trial or investigate because of membership of the FARC-EP. 3. That the conviction states that the convicted person is a member of the FARC-EP, even though he is not convicted for a political crime, provided that the crime as a result of which he has been convicted, fulfils the requirements of being a related offense set out in this law. 4. Anyone who is or has been investigated, put on trial or convicted for political and related crimes, where it may be deduced from the judicial, fiscal and disciplinary investigations, judicial orders or by means of other evidence, that they were investigated or put on trial because of alleged membership of or collaboration with FARC-EP. In this case, as from the day after this law comes into effect, the party concerned shall petition the Prosecutor (Fiscal) or competent Sentence Enforcement Judge (Juez de Ejecución xx Xxxxx), to implement this amnesty, providing or describing the orders or evidence that prove the foregoing.

  • General Coverages All of Tenant’s Agents shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

  • Additional Coverage To the extent that insurance coverage provided by Consultant maintains higher limits than the minimums appearing in Exhibit B, City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for higher limits maintained.

  • ADDITIONAL COVERAGES We cover the following in addition to the limits of liability: A. Claim Expenses 1. Expenses we incur and costs taxed against an "insured" in any suit we defend;

  • Dental Coverage Each employee covered by this agreement shall be eligible to participate in the City's dental program.

  • Optional Coverages If chosen by You, and shown as applicable on the Declarations Page, the following optional coverages apply separately to each Pet per Policy year. Some coverage options may be restricted by Pets age at time of sign-up. Defender/DefenderPlus We will reimburse You, if shown on the Declarations Page, for the Preventive Care listed below that Your Pet(s) receives from a licensed Veterinarian during the Policy period. Benefits will not exceed the Maximum Allowable Limits shown below. Coinsurance and Deductible requirements do not apply to Preventive Benefits. Our total liability of each Pet for each Policy Year is shown in the Maximum Allowable Limits. SupportPlus Coverage We will reimburse You, if shown on the Declarations Page, for the cost of final expenses for necropsy, cremation and urns upon the death of each Pet covered for such costs incurred after the Waiting Period and during the Coverage Period up to a maximum benefit of three hundred dollars ($300) subject to the Annual Limit amount. Coinsurance and Deductible provisions do not apply to SupportPlus Coverage. ExamPlus Coverage We will reimburse You, if shown on the Declarations Page, for the Covered Expenses that occur during the Coverage Period subject to Policy limits and exclusion including, but not limited to, Coinsurance, Deductible and Annual Limit for physical examination; including costs and/or fees for telephone consultation; to diagnose a current covered Injury. This endorsement does not provide coverage for annual wellness office exams.

  • Special Coverages Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof. Such insurance shall be in amounts and shall include such extended coverage endorsements as may be reasonably required by Landlord, and in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

  • All Coverages Each insurance policy required in this item shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the Town. Current certification of such insurance shall be kept on file at all times during the term of this agreement with the Town Clerk.

  • Medical Coverage The Executive shall be entitled to such continuation of health care coverage as is required under, and in accordance with, applicable law or otherwise provided in accordance with the Company’s policies. The Executive shall be notified in writing of the Executive’s rights to continue such coverage after the termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Section 3(d)(iv), provided that the Executive timely complies with the conditions to continue such coverage. The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Executive is responsible to make all payments required for any such continued health care coverage that the Executive may choose to receive.

  • Spousal Coverage Any new Participants to the COG, after June 30, 2015, with working spouses who have the ability to be covered under an insurance plan through his/her place of employment, will be required to take his/her plan as their primary plan. This provision does not apply to a participant who had insurance with one COG employer and immediately thereafter, moved to another COG employer. If the spouse is required to pay forty (40%) percent or more of the premium with his/her employer, the requirements of this section shall not apply.

  • Dual Coverage No City employee or eligible dependent may be insured under more than one City medical, dental, or vision insurance plan. Employees whose spouses/domestic partners/children up to age 26 are eligible for medical insurance benefits through the City will share the costs of insurance as follows: 6.4.1 Employees Choosing the Same Plan – One spouse/domestic partner will be placed on the other’s medical, dental, or vision insurance, and the primary spouse/domestic partner will pay the appropriate premium cost for family coverage.
