Personal Data Breach Response. Upon becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach, Clarivate shall: (i) notify Client without undue delay, and where feasible, in any event no later than 48 hours upon determining that a Personal Data Breach has occurred; (ii) provide timely information relating to the Personal Data Breach as it becomes known or as is reasonably requested by Client; and (iii) promptly take reasonable steps to contain and investigate any Personal Data Breach. Client agrees that an unsuccessful Personal Data breach will not be subject to this Section 4(d). An unsuccessful Personal Data Breach is one that results in no unauthorised access to Client Personal Data or any facilities or equipment of Clarivate storing Client Personal Data. Clarivate's notification of or response to a Personal Data Breach under this Section 4(d) shall not be construed as an acknowledgment by Clarivate of any fault or liability with respect to the Personal Data Breach.
Personal Data Breach Response. New Relic shall notify Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach. To the extent that Customer requires additional information in order to meet its Personal Data Breach notification obligations under EU Data Protection Laws, New Relic shall provide timely information relating to the Personal Data Breach as it becomes known or as is reasonably requested by Customer. Where and insofar as it is not possible to provide the information at the same time as the notification, New Relic shall provide the information in phases without further undue delay.
Personal Data Breach Response. 3.4.1. 1Password shall notify Partner without undue delay, and in any event within forty- eight (48) hours, in the event of a Personal Data Breach. Such notice will summarize the impact on applicable data as well as any corrective actions taken or to be taken by 1Password.
3.4.2. 1Password will promptly respond to and investigate any Personal Data Breach in a commercially reasonable manner that complies with Applicable Data Protection Laws. 1Password agrees to provide Partner with all information reasonably necessary to comply with Applicable Data Protection Laws and assist in commercially reasonable remediation efforts.
3.4.3. 1Password’s obligation to report or respond to a Personal Data Breach under this Section is not an acknowledgement by 1Password of any fault or liability with respect to the Personal Data Breach.
Personal Data Breach Response. (a) Reporting of Personal Data Breach Invoice Cloud shall promptly notify Xxxxxx of a Personal Data Breach both orally and in writing as soon as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours after Invoice Cloud becomes aware of it. Invoice Cloud’s notification shall identify:
(i) The nature of the Personal Data Breach;
(ii) The Personal Data affected or suspected to be affected;
(iii) Whether the Personal Data Breach has been contained;
(iv) What Invoice Cloud has done or will do to mitigate any effects;
(b) Coordination of Personal Data Breach Response. Immediately following Invoice Cloud’s notification to Xxxxxx of a Personal Data Breach, the parties shall coordinate with each other to investigate the Personal Data Breach. Invoice Cloud agrees to fully cooperate with Xxxxxx’x handling of the matter, including, but not limited to:
(i) Providing the name and contact information for an employee of Invoice Cloud who shall serve as Xxxxxx’x primary security contact and shall be available to assist Xxxxxx twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week as a contact in resolving obligations associated with the Personal Data Breach;
(ii) Preserving any potential forensic evidence relating to the Personal Data Breach;
(iii) Using best efforts to immediately remedy and mitigate the adverse effects of any Personal Data Breach and to prevent any further Personal Data Breach;
(iv) Providing regular status reports to Xxxxxx regarding the Personal Data Breach response as reasonably requested by Xxxxxx until the Personal Data Breach is resolved;
(v) Providing any and all applicable information regarding the Personal Data Breach as reasonably requested by Xxxxxx unless such disclosure is otherwise protected by confidentiality considerations or applicable law;
(vi) Supplying Xxxxxx with an “after-action” report identifying the nature, description, and root cause of the Personal Data Breach, a mutually agreeable timeline for corrective and preventive actions, and precise steps Invoice Cloud will take to address the failures in the underlying administrate, technical, or physical controls to mitigate damages and future cyber risk. Invoice Cloud shall provide such report no later than ten (10) business days following the conclusion of Invoice Cloud’s investigation.
Personal Data Breach Response. 5.1 Upon becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach, Nuix will notify Licensee without undue delay and will provide information relating to the Personal Data Breach as reasonably requested by Licensee. Nuix will use reasonable endeavors to assist Licensee in mitigating, where possible, the adverse effects of any Personal Data Breach, at Licensee’s expense.
Personal Data Breach Response. Go-Cort, Inc. will promptly investigate a Personal Data Breach if it occurred on Go-Cort, Inc. infrastructure or in another area for which Go-Cort, Inc. is responsible. Go-Cort, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to identify the cause of such Personal Data Breach and take those steps as Go-Cort, Inc. deems necessary and reasonable in order to remediate the cause of such a Personal Data Breach to the extent the remediation is within Go-Cort, Inc.’s reasonable control. The obligations in this Section 4.4 will not apply to incidents that are caused by Customer or Customer’s users.
Personal Data Breach Response. New Relic shall notify Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach. To the extent that Customer requires additional information in order to meet its Personal Data Breach notification obligations under Data Protection Laws, New Relic shall provide timely information relating to the Personal Data Breach as it becomes known or as is reasonably requested by Customer. Where and insofar as it is not possible to provide the information at the same time as the notification, New Relic shall provide the information in phases without further undue delay.

Upon becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach, Droplet Computing will notify Customer without undue delay and will provide information relating to the Personal Data Breach as reasonably requested by Customer. Droplet Computing will use reasonable endeavors to assist Customer in mitigating, where possible, the adverse effects of any Personal Data Breach.
Personal Data Breach Response. Upon becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach, SAI Global shall notify Customer without undue delay, or in any case within 36 hours and will provide timely information relating to the Personal Data Breach as it becomes known or as is reasonably requested by Customer. SAI Global shall promptly take reasonable steps to mitigate and, where possible, to remedy the effects of any Personal Data Breach.
