Common use of Personal Duties Clause in Contracts

Personal Duties. (a) It is understood by both Parties that work not related to the business of the Institute should not be performed on the Employer's time. (b) To this end, it is agreed that an employee will not be required to perform duties of a personal nature for supervisory personnel. (c) Where an employee directly involved feels a problem exists in this area, the Union or Employer may take the matter to the Labour/Management Committee which will attempt to resolve the dispute.
