Personal Emergency Days. On January 1 of each year, full-time employees will be issued two (2) days of personal emergency leave credits, without loss of pay, to be used when an emergency arises. For the purposes of this article, emergency shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act related to Personal Emergency Leave.
