Personal/Emergency Leaves. 1. Full-time and part-time contracted employees of the District shall be granted three (3) unquestioned personal leave days per year. Such leave may be used for any purpose deemed appropriate by the employee and the employee is not required to state the purpose or nature of the leave. Such leave shall not be cumulative and shall be compensated at the same rate as the employee would have received had the employee not taken the leave.
