Section 125 Plans. Effective as of the Fountain Distribution Date, Fountain shall have established or caused to be established a Fountain Section 125 Plan and on and after that date Fountain shall be solely responsible for the management and administration of the Fountain Section 125 Plan and such plan shall remain in effect on and after the Fountain Distribution Date.
Section 125 Plans. (a) CAFETERIA PLAN. Roxio shall, until the Distribution Date (or such other date as Roxio and Adaptec may mutually agree), continue to be a Participating Company in the Adaptec 125 Plan. Effective as of the Distribution Date, Roxio may establish, in its sole discretion, a Roxio 125 Plan for the benefit of Roxio Employees.
Section 125 Plans. Effective as of January 1, 2013, a Mallinckrodt Entity established or caused to be established a Mallinckrodt Section 125 Plan. After the Distribution Date, a Mallinckrodt Entity shall be solely responsible for the management and administration of the Mallinckrodt Section 125 Plan.

Effective as of the ADT NA Distribution Date, ADT NA shall have established or caused to be established a ADT NA Section 125 Plan and on and after that date ADT NA shall be solely responsible for the management and administration of the ADT NA Section 125 Plan and such plan shall remain in effect on and after the ADT NA Distribution Date.
Section 125 Plans. The Board will allow before-tax deductions for insurances.
Section 125 Plans. (i) Effective on the date that Healthcare establishes the Healthcare Health Plans, Healthcare shall also establish, or cause to be established, a Healthcare Section 125 Plan and on and after that date Healthcare shall be solely responsible for the Healthcare Section 125 Plan. Healthcare Employees shall continue to participate in the Tyco Section 125 Plan until the date Healthcare establishes the Healthcare Section 125 Plan. The existing elections for Healthcare Employees participating in the Tyco Section 125 Plan and for newly-eligible employees of Healthcare who elect to participate in the Tyco Section 125 Plan shall remain in effect in the Healthcare Section 125 Plan through the end of the applicable Section 125 plan year (including any grace period) in which Healthcare Employees cease to participate in the Tyco Section 125 Plan.
Section 125 Plans. Tax forms and the Xxxxxx School Employees Credit Union deductions can be changed once each month. Deductions for Tax Sheltered Annuities can be changed once each quarter, provided all necessary paperwork is submitted to the Treasurer’s office no later than the 15th of the month preceding the start of the next quarter (September 15 for 4th quarter, December 15th for 1st quarter, March 15th for 2nd quarter, and June 15th for 3rd quarter. Tax Sheltered Annuity Payroll deduction for a new carrier shall require participation by no fewer than three (3) persons employed by the Board. FCPE Contribution forms must be submitted to the Treasurer’s Office no later than November 1 and deductions will commence with the first pay in January.
