Common use of Personal Expenses Clause in Contracts

Personal Expenses. If an employee is authorized to use his or her own automobile on the Employer’s business, the employee shall be reimbursed at the rate of forty (40¢) per kilometre or the per kilometre rate as set out in the Corporate Travel and Expense Policy, whichever is greater.
