Common use of Personal Harassment Clause in Contracts

Personal Harassment. Personal Harassment is defined as unwelcome behaviour which denies an individual her or his dignity or respect by creating an intimidating, humiliating, hostile, or offensive work environment and which may constitute discrimination on the basis of any of the grounds prohibited under the BC Human Rights Code. To constitute personal harassment, behaviour may be repeated or persistent or may be a single serious incident.
