Common use of Personal Health Leave Clause in Contracts

Personal Health Leave. An employee shall be entitled to personal health leave without pay for the duration of the illness or the remainder of the school year in which the illness or injury occurs whichever comes first. The leave may be extended for the next school year by the Employer for the following reasons:
