Common use of Personal Items Clause in Contracts

Personal Items. Upon ratification, the City agrees to reimburse Employees for actual cost of prescription lenses plus up to a maximum of one-hundred, fifty dollars ($150.00) for each incident for each pair of eyeglass frames, and seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each watch which is lost, damaged, or destroyed while performing job- related duties, as approved by the Department Head.
