Common use of Personal Leave Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Personal Leave Accumulation. Personal leave may be accumulated to a maximum of four (4) days. Unused personal leave that will exceed the maximum accumulation shall be automatically cashed out and paid to the employee on the July pay cycle.
