Common use of Personal Leave Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Personal Leave Accumulation. 7 Two (2) days of personal leave will be granted to each regular employee who works the approved 8 District student calendar or more days per work year. Where granted, an employee shall receive 9 personal leave based upon his/her regular hours of work.

Personal Leave Accumulation. 7 42 Two (2) days of personal leave will be granted to each regular employee who works the approved 8 43 District student calendar or more days per work year. Where granted, an employee shall receive 9 44 personal leave based upon his/her regular hours of work.
