Common use of PERSONAL LOSS Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL LOSS. 51.01 Subject to Clauses 51.02, where an employee in the performance of his duty suffers any personal loss, and where such loss was not due to the employee's negligence, the Employer may compensate the employee for any loss suffered, subject to a maximum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
