Common use of PERSONAL LOSS Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL LOSS. Subject to Clause 21.02 and 21.03, where an employee in the performance of his/her duty, suffers any personal loss, and where such loss was not due to the employee's negligence, the Employer may compensate the employee for any loss suffered subject to a maximum of six hundred ($600) dollars.
