Personnel Action Requirements. If the evaluator or the Superintendent decides to recommend contract nonrenewal, contract termination, or an extended limited contract, the employee shall be given written notice in accordance with Article 14 at least seven (7) calendar days prior to any official Board action. An employee shall be entitled to Association representation at any conference held during this procedure in which the employee will be advised of an impending adverse personnel action.
