(9) vii. The Licensee and its employees shall comply with instructions pertaining to conduct and building regulations in effect for the control of persons in the building.
viii. The Licensee and its employees shall immediately comply with any verbal or written instructions from the Regional Security Officer (10RSO), Assistant Regional Security Officer (A/RSO), or Marine Security Guards (MSGs). Instructions from any other security personnel (including Locally Employed Staff or Eligible Family Members working in the Regional Security office, Local Guard Force personnel, or Mexican police authorities) will be conveyed from the RSO or A/RSO to the Licensing Officer and / or Licensing Officer’s Technical Representative and then communicated to the Licensee.
ix. The Licensee is required to schedule an employee employee-training program that will continue for the duration of this Agreement and any extensions thereof, to ensure that employees perform their jobs with the highest standards of efficiency and sanitation.

Any unclaimed articles found within the Consulate office building by the Licensee, the Licensee’s agents agents, or employees, or by patrons and given to the Licensee, Licensee shall be turned in to the General Services office as lost Management Office. The Licensee shall maintain its own repository of any unclaimed articles found within or left at the kiosk, keeping a permanent record of the date an item was found or left and its description. Items found itemswithin or left at the kiosk may be disposed of by the Licensee at its discretion after 30 days, with the disposition indicated on the permanent record.

The Licensee shall ensure that all employees assigned to work under this Agreement are fully covered as to all employee benefits mandated by French or local law; benefits which may include but are not limited to retirement payments, severance, or other termination of employment payments, work casualty insurance, and disability insurance. Where required by French or local law, the Licensee agrees to withhold personal income taxes and all other employment-related taxes from the salaries and wages of all its employees assigned to services described herein and the Licensee shall deposit such withheld payments, with all necessary supporting documentation, with the proper local authorities. This includes, but is not limited to: providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for its personnel, and ensuring all employees are trained in how to handle chemicals in accordance with the SDS (FISPQ in Brazil), and that no chemicals used on Licensor’s premises violate the SDS/FISPQ.
(15) The Licensee shall maintain current records on site of its employees’ training and certification and general compliance with local Brazilian and USG rules and laws that relate to safety, chemical, health, and employment standards and any other trainings or certificates that are produced as a result of the Licensee’s work on the Licensor’s premesis. The Licensee shall produce these records if requested by the Licensor.
