RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. The Service Provider agrees to: ● Provide supports that meet the Participant’s needs at the Participant’s preferred times; ● Inform Participant of their right to choice and control; ● Communicate openly and honestly in a timely manner; ● Treat the Participant with courtesy and respect; ● Consult the Participant on decisions about how supports are provided; ● Upon request, give the Participant information about managing any complaints or disagreements, as per our Complaints management policy. ● Listen to the Participant’s feedback and resolve problems quickly; ● Give the Participant a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if the Service Provider has to change a scheduled appointment to provide supports; ● Give the Participant the required notice if the Service Provider needs to end the Service Agreement (see Section 7 – Changes to or Ending this Service Agreement for more information); ● Protect the Participant’s privacy and confidential information; ● Maintain all qualifications, licences and accreditation required to provide the service; ● Provide supports in a manner consistent with all relevant laws, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and rules, and the Australian Consumer Law; keep accurate records on the supports provided to the Participant, and ● Issue regular statements of the supports delivered to the Participant.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. 3.3.1. The Service Provider will use its best endeavours to meet or exceed the Service Levels during the Head Agreement Period. 3.3.2. The Service Provider will make all relevant Key Personnel and Subcontractors aware of the Service Levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. 12.1 The Service Provider shall provide qualified service personnel to carry out the preventative maintenance tasks listed in Annexure D. 12.2 The Service Provider shall ensure that the service personnel- 12.2.1 Are conversant with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993) as amended and comply with the relevant sections of the Act; 12.2.2 Are effectively supervised by the Service Provider and that the level of supervision is of a sufficient standard to comply with the preventative maintenance tasks scheduled in Annexure D; and 12.2.3 Are physically and mentally fit to fulfil their duties. 12.3 The Service Provider shall at its own cost ensure that: 12.3.1 The service personnel are properly and appropriately clothed at all times when on duty as prescribed in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act; 12.3.2 Its service equipment is maintained and in a fully serviceable condition so as to comply with the legal safety requirements and to enable the service personnel to meet the requirements of the RFP; 12.3.3 Any change room, plant room and facilities made available to the service personnel are kept in a clean and tidy condition; 12.3.4 Appropriate signage and notification pertaining to temporary closure, danger zones, inconvenience or public safety is prominently displayed whenever required; and 12.3.5 The Service Provider shall present, on conclusion of each inspection, maintenance service, supply of diesel or break and fix repair, an acknowledgement of service slip in duplicate for the signature of the SARS Representative. The duplicate copy shall be retained by the SARS Representative for record purposes. 12.4 The Service Provider shall ensure that his personnel comply with the requirements of this Agreement at all times and in all respects. 12.5 The Service Provider is required to provide a level of resource necessary to fulfil his commitments at all times and to take into account sickness and holidays etc. of service personnel. 12.6 The Service Provider shall have sufficient infrastructure on a regional cluster basis for the effective management of this Agreement and the Service Provider shall provide all items/equipment necessary for the proper execution of the Services in terms of this Agreement. 12.7 The Service Provider shall set up a Service Centre, to which Service Calls will be logged, prior to the Commencement Date.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. 2.1 The Service Provider is responsible for providing Open Access Services (the "Open Access Services") for the Contribution. Subject to the payment of the Open Access Fee as defined below, the Open Access Services provided by the Service Provider include the technical and administrative services necessary for the preparation, production and publication of the Contribution, as well as ensuring high product quality. These services typically include: (a) managing and resourcing the publishing process, the provision of online tools for originators, copy-editing, typesetting and formatting, production services or customer services; and (b) hosting services and making available any electronic editions on online platforms permanently in line with standard business practices. 2.2 A notice about the terms of the above-mentioned Creative Commons Licence will be published in the Contribution. The electronic edition of the Contribution will be clearly labelled as “open access" in the Publisher’s product database.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. 7.1 The Service Providers undertake to ensure that the safety, stability and continuity of the Products/Services provided to Party A shall not be lower than those required by the regulatory standards according to the requirements of Party A and relevant regulatory authorities, such as China Banking Insurance Regulatory Commission and China Securities Regulatory Commission in the course of providing Products/Services, and ensure the security, independence and confidentiality of customer information and data. 7.2 The Service Providers shall regularly submit fee bills to Party A. 7.3 The Service Providers shall regularly review indicators of all Product/Service at the request of Party A.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. The Service Provider shall develop and maintain an inspection system intended to ensure its compliance with all its responsibilities under this Agreement, including quality of service and customer satisfaction. This system shall include written records of inspections made. The Service Provider shall provide these records to the Government upon request.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. 9.1 The Service Provider will: 9.1.1 deliver the Deliverables which are fit for the purpose required by the University on time, within budget, with reasonable care and skill, and in accordance with Annexure B (Scope of Work); 9.1.2 assign Personnel who are sufficiently qualified and competent both in numbers and skill to provide the Deliverables and ensure the due and proper performance of its obligations under this Agreement and/or a Project SOW; 9.1.3 designate a Representative, who will be responsible for liaising with the University’s Representative at all times in respect of the provision of the Deliverables and who will supervise the Personnel responsible for the delivery of the Deliverables; 9.1.4 do all that is reasonably necessary within the course and scope of the Agreement and/or a Project SOW to prevent or minimise the risk of loss or damage to University property, including its Information Technology System, and injury to persons; 9.1.5 co-operate and consult with other suppliers of the University, should it be necessary for purposes of ensuring the delivery of the Deliverables in a seamless manner. 9.2 The Service Provider will (and will ensure the same from its Personnel) at all times: 9.2.1 act in accordance with the lawful instructions of the University; 9.2.2 display in its relationship and interaction with the University, the utmost of good faith; 9.2.3 not exceed the express or implied limits of the authority attendant to its appointment in terms of this Agreement and/or a Project SOW; 9.2.4 not perform its responsibilities in terms of this Agreement in a manner that would cause the University to be in violation of any applicable laws; 9.2.5 comply with the Rules; 9.2.6 provide the Deliverables without causing any annoyance, discomfort, interruption or disturbance to other users of the Precincts, including the University’s students and staff and will not prevent them from carrying out their normal activities, including but not limited to the academic processes such as lectures, study, research, conducting practical classes or writing examinations; 9.2.7 inform the University in writing of every event, which could result in a position where the Service Provider is unable to fulfil its obligations in terms of this Agreement and/or a Project SOW; 9.2.8 use Commercially Reasonable Efforts not to engage in activities which would detract it from the proper performance of its duties in terms of this Agreement and/or a Project SOW; and 9.2.9 en...
