Pharmacy Services Advisory Group Sample Clauses

Pharmacy Services Advisory Group. (a) We both agree to establish a national Pharmacy Services Advisory Group to: (i) consider and make recommendations to address operational pharmacy issues that may have an impact on the majority of Pharmacies, are systemic in nature and may impact on the ability of pharmacy providers or DHBs to meet their obligations; (ii) consider and provide clarification of any matters relating to this Agreement; (iii) consider any issues relating to this Agreement including, but not limited to, issues relating to the Pharmaceutical Schedule, audit and compliance activities, payment processing, contract administration and quality audits, and make recommendations to address issues; and (iv) manage the maintenance of the Procedures Manual. (b) The Pharmacy Services Advisory Group will consist of: (i) up to five community Pharmacist representatives, nominated by pharmacy sector agents; (ii) two DHB representatives; (iii) one Sector Services representative; (iv) one Audit and Compliance representative; and (v) one PHARMAC representative. (c) The Pharmacy Services Advisory Group will: (i) meet at least four times a year; (ii) be chaired by a DHB representative; (iii) have a quorum of five members or their delegated representatives; and (iv) have a secretariat provided by DHBs. (d) We both agree to refer any matters described in paragraph (a) above to the Pharmacy Services Advisory Group. You may refer matters either through your agent, or directly to us or the chair.
