Phase4: Discharge Analysis. This phase includes a technical detailed Evaluation/Assessment of all water saving and reusing opportunities. The audit team would provide a discussion on each water discharge, reuse conservation measure as per the industry opted by the buyer. The analysis should also include an analysis of the domestic wastewater, return flows from irrigation, and effluents from the industries and their conformity to environment standards. The analysis should also include a detailed costing analysis comprising of the cost to implement each water conservation measure, costs for each proposed equipment to be provided for each conservation measure, Operation & Maintenance impact of the proposed changes, design criteria, and other considerations. The service provider will compile a table with the water conservation deficiencies, need and conservation measures proposed for each equipment at the buyer’s premises; which would include cost to accomplish, status quo water consumption baseline and guaranteed consumption savings, status quo water baseline cost and guaranteed cost savings, installed project cost, and guaranteed simple payback. (Refer Appendix A.7.) A recommendation on possibility of recovery of valuable by-products and the opportunity for recycling of waste water should also be included.

  • DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINE CASES 10.01 Whenever the Corporation deems it necessary to censure an employee in writing, in a manner indicating that dismissal or suspension may follow, the Corporation shall within five (5) working days thereafter, give written particulars of such censure to the President of the Union, with a copy to the employee involved.
