6.19.1 use in the School's promotional material such as the prospectus, the website or social media;

6.17.1 use in the School's promotional material such as the prospectus, the website and social media;
6.17.2 press and media purposes;
6.17.3 educational purposes as part of the curriculum or extra-curricular activities. The School may seek specific consent from the Parents before using a photograph or video recording where the School considers that the use is more privacy intrusive. Where the Pupil is of sufficient maturity (usually when aged 12 years or older) We may seek the Pupil's specific prior consent in addition to or instead of the Parents' consent. We would not disclose the home address of the Pupil without the Parents' consent.
Photographs or images. By signing the Acceptance Form or agreeing to these terms and conditions the Parents consent to the School obtaining and using photographs or images of the Pupil for:
6.15.1 use in the School's promotional material such as the prospectus, the website or social media;
6.15.2 press and media purposes;
6.15.3 educational purposes as part of the curriculum or extra-curricular activities. We would not disclose the home address, name or age of the Pupil without the Parents' consent. If the Parents do not want the Pupil's photograph or image to appear in any of the School's promotional material they must make sure the Pupil knows this and must notify the Head in writing immediately, requesting an acknowledgement of their letter or indicate this on the annual Consent Form.
Photographs or images. By signing the Student Contact Form or agreeing to these terms and conditions the Parents consent to the School obtaining and using photographs orimages of the Student for:
6.15.1 use in the School's promotional material such as the prospectus, the website or social media;
6.15.2 press and media purposes;
6.15.3 educational purposes as part of the curriculum or extra-curricular activities. The School would not disclose the name, grade, and home address of the Student without the Parents' consent. If the Parents do not want the Student's photograph or image to appear in any of the School's promotional material, they must make sure the Student knows this and indicate this on the Student Contact Form.
Photographs or images. The Nursery may obtain and use photographs or images of the Child for:
5.11.1 use in the Nursery's promotional material such as the prospectus, the website or social media;
5.11.2 press and media purposes;
5.11.3 educational purposes as part of the curriculum or extra-curricular activities. We would not disclose the home address of the Child without the Parents' consent. The Nursery may seek specific consent from the Parents before using a photograph or video recording where the Nursery considers that the use is more privacy intrusive.

It is the custom and practice of most Independent Schools, and of this School, to include some photographs or images of pupils in the School's promotional material such as the prospectus, the website, adverts, school videos and social media. We would not disclose the home address of the Pupil without the Parents' consent. If the Parents do not want the Pupil's photograph or image to appear in any of the School's material they must make sure the Pupil knows this and must write immediately to the Head requesting an acknowledgement of their letter.
