Physical Examination - All Employees. After recommendation for employment but before employment commences, candidates for employment may be required to take and pass such physical and mental examinations as may be prescribed by the District. Results of such examinations shall be reported on forms provided by the District, or forms acceptable to the District, and shall be filed in the Office of Human Resources.
