Physical Examinations and Tests. The Town agrees to provide full cost reimbursement for physical examinations and job-related tests that may be required of employees as a condition of continued employment with the Town.

Physical Examinations and Tests. A. Physical examinations required by the Board shall be paid for by the Board. B. Any medical test the school district provider requires an employee to have shall be considered part of the examination and will be paid by the employer when for previously undiagnosed conditions up to a maximum of $100.00
Physical Examinations and Tests. 8.8.1 The District shall provide, or provide reimbursement for, any District or state required medical examinations or medical tests required as a condition of employment or continued employment. 8.8.2 The District will pay for the fee required for renewal of the Bus Drivers’ license.
Physical Examinations and Tests. All child care employees shall have a triennial TB test. The cost of such test shall be borne by the employee and the results certified to the employer before the employee is allowed to start work. In addition, a physical examination by a certified physician as required by the Department of Social Services must be completed and the results certified to the employer before the employee starts work. The costs of such initial physicals shall be borne by the employee. Thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be paid by the employer toward the cost of renewal physical examinations as required by the Department of Social Services.   • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.
