Physical Examinations and Tests. A. Physical examinations required by the Board shall be paid for by the Board.
Physical Examinations and Tests. All child care employees shall have a triennial TB test. The cost of such test shall be borne by the employee and the results certified to the employer before the employee is allowed to start work. In addition, a physical examination by a certified physician as required by the Department of Social Services must be completed and the results certified to the employer before the employee starts work. The costs of such initial physicals shall be borne by the employee. Thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be paid by the employer toward the cost of renewal physical examinations as required by the Department of Social Services. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to provide to the employer all data as required by law which is necessary for employment.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned.
