Picture Specifications. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, all of Company's obligations hereunder shall be conditioned upon the following specifications for the Picture unless otherwise approved by Company in writing. The Picture shall: (i) conform to the Company-approved screenplay dated as of February 8, 2007, except for minor changes during production; (ii) have a running time of not less than eighty-five (85) minutes (exclusive of main and end titles) nor more than one hundred twenty (120) minutes (inclusive of main and end titles); (iii) receive a MPAA rating no more restrictive than "R"; and (iv) have sufficient alternative footage of scenes and dialogue necessary for airline and U.S. network television exhibition of the Picture.

Picture Specifications. In addition to the delivery specifications set forth in Schedule "B" hereto, each Picture as Delivered shall be completely finished, fully edited and titled and fully synchronized with language, dialogue, sound and music recorded with sound equipment pursuant to valid licenses, and of a technical quality adequate for general release in first-class theaters.
Picture Specifications. If Company elects to proceed to production of a Picture, unless otherwise approved by Company, each Picture shall (i) conform to the final approved screenplay for such Picture (subject only to such changes required by exigencies of production and modifications approved by Company); (ii) have a running time of not less than 90 minutes (exclusive of main and end titles) and not longer than 110 minutes (inclusive of main and end titles); (iii) receive from the Code and Rating Administration of the Motion Picture Association of America a rating no more restrictive than "R"; (iv) include all necessary TV and airline cover shots; and (v) otherwise comply with Company's customary theatrical exhibition requirements and customary broadcast standards.
Picture Specifications. The specifications for the Picture are set forth below (collectively with the Completed Picture Specifications set forth in Paragraph 2.2, the “Picture Specifications”). All such Picture Specifications shall be approved (or pre-approved as may be specifically indicated herein) by SPWA in SPWA’s sole discretion in writing. Substitutions or changes to approved Picture Specifications shall be subject to SPWA’s prior written approval exercisable in SPWA’s sole discretion. XXXX’s Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs is hereby designated as XXXX’s sole designee for purposes of all approvals hereunder. It is Licensor’s responsibility to confirm that all of SPWA’s approval rights as set forth hereunder have been satisfied in writing and Licensor acknowledges that, except as may be specifically set forth herein, Licensor shall never rely on SPWA’s silence or inactivity as either approval or a waiver of any of the approval rights hereunder.
Picture Specifications. The FILM shall (a) have a running time of between 90 and 120 minutes, (b) qualify for an MPAA rating not more restrictive than "R", and (c) be based substantially on the screenplay dated as of February 18, 2011.

Related to Picture Specifications

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.
