Pilot Office Support Continuing Education Incentive Program. Effective January 1, 2007 and expiring December 31, 2009, unless the parties agree, in writing, to an extension, a Pilot Office Support Continuing Education Incentive Program shall be continued. Under such program as established by the Department of Employee Relations, an eligible employee who successfully completes an eligible course of at least three credits or eligible course or courses totaling three credits or more shall receive an incentive payment of $200. This payment shall not be added to the employee' s base pay and shall not be pensionable. An employee may receive a maximum of four incentive payments while working in one job classification title designated by the City and the Union. Employees in the following job classifications shall be eligible to participate in this Program: Accounting Assistant I Accounting Assistant II Communications Assistant III Communications Assistant IV Office Assistant I Office Assistant II Office Assistant IV

Pilot Office Support Continuing Education Incentive Program. A Pilot Office Support Continuing Education Incentive Program shall be continued as outlined in the September 16, 1997 City of Milwaukee Proposal and will expire December 31, 2011, unless the parties agree, in writing to an extension. Under this program, an eligible employee who successfully completes an eligible course of at least three credits or eligible courses totaling three credits or more shall receive an incentive payment of $200.   • Continuing Education The Hospital and the Union recognize that continuing education is important for all employees and that they have shared interests and responsibilities in ensuring equitable access to it.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Administrative Support Services Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter or at such other period as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of up to 0.25% on an annual basis of the average during the period of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the “Service Fee”). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Distance Education 7.13.1 Expanding student access, not increasing productivity or enrollment, shall be the primary determining factor when a decision is made to schedule a distance education course. There will be no reduction in force of faculty (as defined in Article XXIII of this Agreement) as a result of the District’s participation in distance education. 7.13.2 Courses considered to be offered as distance education shall be defined in accordance with the Board of Governors’ Title 5 Regulations and Guidelines. Generally, this definition refers to courses where the instructor and student are separated by distance and interact through the assistance of communication technology (reference section 55370 of Title 5 California Code of Regulations). The determination of which courses in the curriculum may be offered in a distance education format, in addition to instructor/student contact requirements, shall be in accordance with the Title 5 California Code of Regulations.

  • Education Incentive A. The following monthly education incentive pay will be paid to each employee upon completing the listed degree and providing proof of completion to the Agency. Associate Degree Two percent (2%) Bachelor Degree Four percent (4%) B. The above percentages will be based upon the employee’s base rate of pay. C. An employee will be entitled to one (1) education incentive pay only. D. Degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher education.

  • Special Education Teachers Elementary/Secondary Special Education Coordinators shall be compensated for an extended work day in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000).

  • Paid Education Leave The Company agrees to pay into a special fund, one (1¢) cent per hour per employee for all compensated hours for the purpose of providing paid education leave. Such leave will be for upgrading the employee skills in all aspects of trade union functions. Such monies to be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established by the National Union, CAW, effective from date of ratification and sent by the Company to the following address: CAW Paid Education Leave Program, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0.

  • Sick Leave Donation Program A Labor Management Committee will be established for the purpose of proposing rules and procedures for a new, program. The LMC will be to develop consistent, transparent and equitable proposals for processes across all departments within the City. The LMC shall also explore proposals to lower the minimum leave bank required to donate sick leave and permit donation of sick leave upon separation from the City. The LMC must consult with the Office of Civil Rights to ensure compliance with the City’s Race and Social Justice Initiative. Once the LMC has developed its list of proposals, the City and Coalition of City Unions agrees to reopen each contract on this subject.

  • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee"). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.
