Piping Systems. All piping systems must be compatible with the type of materials used by Landlord. Condenser water piping shall be black steel schedule 40, ASTM A53 with threaded ends and malleable iron threaded fittings. Tenant may use Type L copper tubing as specified under "Plumbing Criteria" in this Exhibit C. Dielectric couplings shall be provided between dissimilar metals. Pipe supports and valves shall be as specified under "Plumbing Criteria" in this Exhibit C unless noted otherwise.
Piping Systems. Hydrostatically test all piping systems for leaks at 1-1/2 times working pressure for a period of not less than 10 minutes per test. Each system shall be inspected for leaks at the welds, fittings, hoses, etc. Upon completion of a system’s hydrostatic testing, the system shall be thoroughly flushed with its respective fluid.
Piping Systems. All piping and pressurized Equipment shall be inspected, subjected to NDT, and pressure tested (pneumatic or hydrotest, as appropriate and to the extent possible) after fabrication, all in accordance with Applicable Law and Applicable Codes and Standards. Contractor shall records and provide test reports and other applicable documentation of such testing to Owner in accordance with Attachment B.

Arrows shall indicate direction of flow. Label placement shall insure that labels can be easily read based upon label elevation and viewing angle of individual. Labels, at a minimum, shall be placed within six feet of valves, where change in direction occurs, on entry/re-entry points thru wall and floors and on straight segments with spacing between labels that allows for easy identification.

  • Building Systems The term “Building Systems” shall mean collectively the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, sprinkler, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, security, life safety, elevator and other service systems or facilities of the Building and the finished ceiling and Building standard lighting fixtures in the Leased Premises, that are excluding any Premises Fixtures.

  • Filing Systems and Equipment A complete and comprehensive catalog of filing systems including vertical and lateral files, bookcases, mobile cabinets and freestanding file cabinets.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Infrastructure Infrastructure serves as the foundation and building blocks of an integrated IT solution. It is the hardware which supports Application Services (C.3.2) and IT Management Services (C.3.3); the software and services which enable that hardware to function; and the hardware, software, and services which allow for secure communication and interoperability between all business and application service components. Infrastructure services facilitate the development and maintenance of critical IT infrastructures required to support Federal government business operations. This section includes the technical framework components that make up integrated IT solutions. One or any combination of these components may be used to deliver IT solutions intended to perform a wide array of functions which allow agencies to deliver services to their customers (or users), whether internal or external, in an efficient and effective manner. Infrastructure includes hardware, software, licensing, technical support, and warranty services from third party sources, as well as technological refreshment and enhancements for that hardware and software. This section is aligned with the FEA/DoDEA Technical Reference Model (TRM) which describes these components using a vocabulary that is common throughout the entire Federal government. A detailed review of the TRM is provided in Section J, Attachment 5. Infrastructure includes complete life cycle support for all hardware, software, and services represented above, including planning, analysis, research and development, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, operations and maintenance, information assurance, and final disposition of these components. The services also include administration and help desk functions necessary to support the IT infrastructure (e.g., desktop support, network administration). Infrastructure components of an integrated IT solution can be categorized as follows:

  • Systems The details of any systems work will be determined after a thorough business analysis. System's work will be billed on a time and material basis. Investors Bank provides an allowance of 10 systems hours for data extract set up and reporting extract set up. Additional hours will be billed on a time and material basis.

  • SPRINKLER SYSTEM If there now is or shall be installed in the Building a "sprinkler system", and such system or any of its appliances shall be damaged or injured or not in proper working order by reason of any act or omission of Tenant, Tenant's agents, servants, employees, licensees or visitors, Tenant shall forthwith restore the same to good working condition at its own expense; and if the New York Board of Fire Underwriters or the New York Fire Insurance Rating Organization or any bureau, department or official of the state or city government, shall require or recommend that any changes, modifications, alterations or additional sprinkler heads or other equipment be made or supplied by reason of Tenant's business, or the location of the partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the Premises, Tenant shall, at Tenant's expense, promptly make and supply such changes, modifications, alterations, additional sprinkler heads or other equipment.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.
