Placement for Regular Employees. 1. Experience for purposes of placement on the wage schedule shall be defined as the total number of school years a person has worked in the same or substantially the same job classification as the job they are seeking. A year of work experience shall not be less than one hundred seventy-five (175) days for eleven (11) and twelve (12) month employees and not less than one hundred twenty (120) school days in any school year for nine (9) and ten (10) month employees.
