  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract.   • Parties to the Process a) There shall be established a Central Dispute Resolution Committee (“The Committee”), which shall be composed of equal representation of up to four (4) representatives each of the employer bargaining agency and employee bargaining agency (“the central parties”), and up to three representatives of the Crown.
