Plans Preparation. Plans developed with Computer Aided Drafting “CAD” software shall adhere to the expanded level standards defined in the Plans Preparation Manual (M22-31.) CAD files shall use a Project Datum as defined in Section "A" above. The CONSULTANT shall prepare and deliver the CAD files in accordance with Division 1, Section 7 of the Electronic Engineering Data Standards Manual. CAD basemap and sheet files shall be delivered as 3D files in a format that can be used directly by Civil 3D without translation.

Plans Preparation. The CONSULTANT will prepare plan view plans for the proposed project in accordance with stormwater modeling recommendations.

Plans Preparation. NRD will prepare, or cause plans to be prepared for NRD's Trail project. NRD will design Trail to accommodate the existing highway drainage patterns and construct drainage facilities that are consistent with and will not adversely affect the operation of State's highway drainage facilities. NRD will, at NRD's sole expense, design, construct and inspect the construction of Trail. Further, NRD will design, construct, operate, inspect, repair and maintain Trail to conform to federal and state law and rule and regulation concerning accommodation of the disabled. NRD will, at NRD's sole cost, maintain in good repair, operate, reconstruct, and, if necessary, remove Trail and restore State's property. When the plans for Trail are completed, NRD will submit final plans and specifications to State for State's review. These plans shall include, but not be limited to, work zone traffic control, grading, structures, surfacing, drainage and erosion control work.
