Platform and Support. 1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the then-current Privacy Policy hosted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy-policy, and the then-current Terms & Conditions hosted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/terms-and-conditions, AbstractOps will provide Customer with access to the Platform. Customer authorizes AbstractOps to provide Platform access and support, including those authorizations set forth in Appendix A. In addition, Customer acknowledges the Customer responsibilities set forth in this Agreement, including those set forth in Appendix A. Customer understands and agrees that AbstractOps does not provide tax, legal, financial, investment or accounting advice (including for specific jurisdictions) and AbstractOps should not be relied upon for such advice. The information, templates, forms, tips, and tools provided in and through the Platform are not legal or financial advice. All software underlying the Subscription (not including end-user licenses to third party software procured by AbstractOps on Customer’s behalf) will be hosted on a server under control or direction of AbstractOps. The Platform is subject to modification from time to time at AbstractOps’s sole discretion, for any purpose deemed appropriate by AbstractOps, provided that AbstractOps will not materially reduce the aggregate features and functionalities of the Platform during the Term of this Agreement.

Related to Platform and Support

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.

  • Services and Support 1.1 In exchange for your continued compliance with this Agreement, and any modification to this Agreement made by Intuit in accordance with Sections A.11, you shall have access to the Software/Subscription in accordance with the following provisions:
