POLICIES, PROCEDURES, PRACTICE AND NEW INITIATIVES6. 25. Policies, procedures and new initiatives affecting nursing care, wages, hours, or working conditions will be developed with input from employee end-users, or by employees affected by such policies and procedures. The parties agree that high quality patient care can best be accomplished through a joint effort between employees and management. The parties further agree that active and early participation by employees in regard to program planning, facility design, new technology and program development, and the impact of budget changes on patient care will promote such high quality care.
