Program Planning. It is understood that the rates of pay in this agreement reflect recognition that program planning is an integral function of all classifications.
Program Planning a) Before initiating any agreement, the Partner Institution must undergo a visual compliance screening through the Office of International Affairs (OIA) at OSU. The Partner Institution must NOT be an entity reasonably believed to be involved, or to pose a significant risk of being or becoming involved, in activities contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States (The Entity List (15 CFR, Subchapter C, part 744, Supplement No.4)xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/index.php/documents/regulations‐docs/2326‐ supplement‐no‐4‐to‐part‐744‐entity‐list‐4/file.
b) After the visual compliance screening is met, the Partner Institution must undergo a research compliance screening through the Office of Research Compliance (ORC) at the Ohio‐State University. The OIA and ORC approvals must be submitted along with this ICGDA.
c) The cooperative agreement must specify if there is program match with an existing OSU degree program or if this would be a new/modified degree, degree option, or certificate. New programs must submit a program proposal, in collaboration with a College/Department/Program, for approval by the Graduate School and Ohio State. Program proposals should specify how the cooperative agreement is distinct from existing programs with regard to student audience, admissions criteria, or program demand. An active executed International Cooperative Agreement is required before International Program Proposals will be reviewed.
d) Any student receiving an OSU degree must fulfill all OSU degree requirements, but some requirements may be fulfilled by approved course work at the Partner institution. Overlap in academic content and equivalency in course content, credits and expectations between the OSU and the Partner Institution should be identified.
e) A plan for faculty oversight and staff resources for OSU faculty to oversee the program and assure appropriate student oversight and mentoring should be included. A timeline for identification of OSU advisor and the duration for which they are expected to advise the graduate student along with a co‐advisor at the Partner Institution should be in place.
f) A plan for identification of co‐advisor and candidacy/dissertation committee members from the Partner Institution should be included, with details on how these faculty members meet the authorized P‐status, i.e. equivalent requirements of graduate faculty with P‐status at OSU (Section 12.4 of GSHB).

Program Planning. LMF shall develop and maintain a detailed schedule for all activities associated with the program. The schedule shall include a timeline plan for all events and a flow diagram that depicts all required tasks and the interralationship of the tasks. Said schedule and flow diagram shall be in contractor format and shall be updated and included with the Monthly Status Report. Both LMF and BAXS shall assign a management team for this effort that shall cover the following areas: LMF: BAXS: ---- ---- Engineering: Production: Contracts: Program Manager: Quality Control LMF and BAXS shall identify the lead person for each functional area shown above so that an open line of communication can be maintained over the course of the program. It is understood that the program manager shall have overall responsibility for the technical and schedule performance of all activities associated with the purchase order. The contracts manager will be the single point contact representative for the each organization.

Program Planning. DISTRICT SHALL:
1. Present the Office of Dual Enrollment, FSCJ, with the list of proposed dual enrollment courses and instructors for the entire academic year by May 1st of the previous academic year to ensure appropriate credentialing and training of faculty before the beginning of the academic term. The list must specify courses offered for the first time at any high school site, since it is necessary to ensure college compliance with the notification/permission policies of its accrediting body.
2. Submit credentialing paperwork that includes official college transcripts for all dual enrollment teachers and syllabi for proposed dual enrollment courses no later than 1 month prior to the start of each academic term to the Dual Enrollment Coordinator/Campus Academic Xxxx.
3. Restrict high school instructors from teaching more than 50% of their course load in dual enrollment courses.
4. Ensure that dual enrollment courses offered at the high school site are not combined with any non-college credit high school course.
5. Ensure that all scheduled dual enrollment courses adhere to a minimum number of 10 students and a maximum number that coincides with that on the College’s Master Outline for each course, housed in Curriculum Services.
6. Support the College’s efforts to ensure compliance with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (“SACSCOC”), standards regarding the quality of courses offered by the District teachers
7. Collaborate with the College on the development of new Dual Enrollment sites and programs, to include the development of any Collegiate Career High School programs.
Program Planning. While recognizing its own authority and responsibility for the content and quality of the programs in which it places its Students, the University notes the essential role of All faculty in the presentation of clinical and practical experiences and programs of instruction to Students. Thus, where there is core curriculum teaching in a department or program at the Hospital, the Deans of the University’s Faculties and Schools, or their delegates, will invite the Hospital to participate in the planning of the programs and experiences to be offered to Students in related Departments at the University. Hospital participation could range from representation on University divisional/departmental education/curriculum committees to informal meetings between course coordinators and Hospital preceptors. The University will assist the Hospital as required in setting up Teaching Programs. The Hospital will notify the appropriate Xxxx or her/his delegate(s) of any proposed change in Hospital strategic plans and Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care accountability agreements that would materially affect the teaching obligations of the Hospital as set out in this Agreement and, where feasible, will invite the University to comment prior to making any such changes.

The contractor shall develop, maintain, and deliver original and revised Task Management Plans (CDRL A003) for all contract efforts, planned events, milestones, and activities related to each project delivery. Each trainer build shall include resourcing and scheduling for interim integration events to support periodic development testing prior to final build and performance verification testing.

Thus, the University will involve the appropriate Hospital representatives in the planning of the programs and experiences to be offered to students to the extent of their involvement in those programs and experiences. In like manner, the Hospital will invite the appropriate University representatives to participate in and contribute to discussions and processes in the Hospital that will affect directly or indirectly the teaching programs of the University and/or the practical experiences offered to students.
