Policy and Procedures. The Employer reserves the right to establish reasonable rules, regulations, policies and procedures not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. Such rules, regulations, policies and procedures shall be provided to each employee if such rules, regulations, policies and procedures concern working conditions.
