Common use of Policy or Group Grievance Clause in Contracts

Policy or Group Grievance. (a) Where either Party to this Agreement disputes the general interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of any provision of this Agreement, or an alleged violation affects more than one (1) Employee, either Party may initiate a policy or a group grievance, as the case may be, within thirty (30) calendar days of the occurrence giving rise to the grievance being known. A Policy or Group Grievance shall be initiated at Stage II.

(a) Where either Party to this Agreement disputes the general interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of any provision of this Agreement, or an alleged violation affects more than one (1) Employeeemployee, either Party may initiate a policy or a group grievance, as the case may be, within thirty (30) calendar days of the occurrence giving rise to the grievance being known. A Policy or Group Grievance shall be initiated at Stage II.

A Policy or Group Grievance shall be initiated at Stage IIprocedure.
