POLICY REVIEW AND REVISION. The District will review its policies and procedures to ensure that the District adequately addresses the Title VI prohibition on discrimination based on race, color, or national origin. During its review, the District will identify the relevant policies and procedures currently in effect; convene a group of District employees, including school-based employees, to review the identified policies and procedures; timely revise the policies and procedures, as described below; and timely adopt and disseminate the revised policies and procedures. The District will disseminate the revised policies and procedures by email to all school administrators, who will be directed to distribute the revised policies and procedures, and discuss them with site-based employees. The dissemination will include a web link to the revised policies and procedures. At a minimum, the District will ensure its policies and procedures include the following:

POLICY REVIEW AND REVISION. Staff will meet at least annually to consider changes and updates to the Policy, as well as recommend any necessary or desirable statutory changes. The review, among other matters, will focus on assuring that the Policy meets all regulatory, credit rating, and disclosure guidelines, as well as the State's fundamental objectives of capital structure development and financial risk management.   • Ongoing Review and Revisions As set forth in Section 35.7, the Parties have agreed to the coordination and exchange of data and information under this Agreement to enhance system reliability and efficient market operations as systems exist and are contemplated as of the Effective Date. The Parties expect that these systems and the technology applicable to these systems and to the collection and exchange of data will change from time to time throughout the term of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the objectives of this Agreement can be fulfilled efficiently and economically only if the Parties, from time to time, review and, as appropriate, revise the requirements stated herein in response to such changes, including deleting, adding, or revising requirements and protocols. Each Party will negotiate in good faith in response to such revisions the other Party may propose from time to time. Nothing in this Agreement, however, shall require any Party to reach agreement with respect to any such changes, or to purchase, install, or otherwise implement new equipment, software, or devices, or functions, except as required to perform this Agreement.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Monitoring and Review 5.1 The Council and the BID Company shall set up the Standard Services Review Panel within 28 days from the date of this Agreement the purpose of which shall be to:

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Plan 19.6.1 An apprentice shall be a party to an individual Training Plan.
