Political Action Committee Fund. With voluntary authorization by an employee on a form supplied by the Union, the Company Employer agrees to deduct seven cents dollars ($.077.00) per hour pay period from the employee’s wages to be submitted to the IBEW Local Union 1547 No. 1547, for its Political Action Fund. This money will be sent in monthly with the dues, and shall be made by the fifteenth (15th) of the month following which the deduction was made. In accordance with requirements of Alaska State Law, the Union agrees that Political Action Committee Funds shall not be used for utility board elections.
