Pomoc techniczna Premium. Podczas Okresu konserwacji Klient może korzystać z Pomocy technicznej Premium. Klient ma prawo rejestrować zdarzenia pomocy technicznej za pośrednictwem poczty e-mail lub dzwoniąc na infolinię pomocy technicznej firmy iGrafx, a firma iGrafx będzie na nie odpowiadać w rozsądnym terminie telefonicznie lub pocztą elektroniczną. iGrafx będzie odpowiadać na żądania w wymiarze uzasadnionym komercyjnie. Klient powinien przekazać firmie iGrafx listę danych wyjściowych oraz innych podobnych danych, które mogą być potrzebne do odtworzenia warunków działania podobnych do tych, w których Klient wykrył błąd. Pomoc techniczna jest dostępna tylko w wybranych krajach i językach określonych przez firmę iGrafx. W Ameryce Północnej usługi Pomocy technicznej dostępne są od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 8:00–17:00 czasu PST z wyjątkiem świąt obchodzonych w firmie iGrafx. W Europie usługi Pomocy technicznej dostępne są od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 9:00–17:00 czasu CET (środkowoeuropejskiego) z wyjątkiem świąt obchodzonych w firmie iGrafx. Dodatkowe regiony mogą być obsługiwane przez firmę iGrafx lub jej autoryzowanych partnerów działających w danych lokalizacjach.
