Post Graduate Degree Allowances. (a) There will be a one (1) time payment to a Teacher not eligible for an allowance under the provisions of Articles 8.04(b) or 8.04(c) of five hundred dollars ($500) for the successful completion of a Masters degree or Doctorate degree (from an accredited Canadian University or equivalent) payable on September 01 following receipt of proof of the successful completion of said degree for anyone completing the degree on or after 1998 September 01 provided the degree was not taken in conjunction with preservice Teacher training or the degree or any credits used towards the completion of the degree have not been used for placement in a salary category.

Post Graduate Degree Allowances. 9.3.1 Effective 1999 September 01 there will be a one (1) time payment to a Teacher not eligible for an allowance under the provisions of Articles 9.3.2 or 9.3.3 of five hundred dollars ($500) for the successful completion of a Masters degree or Doctorate degree (from an accredited Canadian University or equivalent) payable on September 01 following receipt of an OSSTF Certification Rating Statement with seal certifying that none of the graduate courses comprising the extra degree has been used in determining the certification grouping.   • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • Shift Allowances (a) An Employee whilst on afternoon or night shift must be paid for such shift 15% more than the Employee’s ordinary rate.

  • Working Xxxxxxx An employee who is in charge of a crew not more than five men including himself, engaged in line clearance work. (In the application of Article X, the Company need not consider the application for promotion to this classification from any employee having less than one year of experience in the Climber classification.)

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Kilometrage Allowance An Employee who is authorized to use a privately owned automobile on the Employer’s business shall be paid a kilometrage allowance of $0.4415 cents per kilometre. The Employer will adopt the civil service kilometrage rate effective the date of a tentative agreement being reached between the parties, provided that such agreement is subsequently ratified. Thereafter adjustments will be made in accordance with, and on the same effective dates as adjustments to the civil service rate.

  • Minimum Daily Pay (a) The Employer shall pay the employee a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay upon reporting to work for a scheduled shift.

  • Vehicle Allowances Vehicle allowances for all distances traveled on Employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. The allowance shall cover distance to and from the employee's place of residence up to a total maximum of thirty-two (32) kilometers, only when the employee is required to have his vehicle at work for use in the performance of his duties. The vehicle allowance shall be thirty-eight (38) cents per kilometer. Ownership of a vehicle will not be considered a condition of employment.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Retirement Rate or eighty cents ($0.80), whichever is higher, to the Retirement Trust for each Medicaid-Funded Hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with seven-hundred and one (701) or more cumulative career hours and fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Medicaid- Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off hours, and training hours.
