POST LICENSE. The Employer shall reimburse Employees for the cost of P.O.S.T. Licensure.
POST LICENSE. The Employer will pay the full cost of the Employee’s MN POST Peace Officer License during the term of employment.
POST LICENSE. The Employer will pay the full cost of the Employee’s P.O.S.T. license renewal fee incurred while employed under the terms of this Agreement.
POST LICENSE. The City shall pay the cost of POST License Renewal fees for those Sergeants covered by this Agree- ment.
POST LICENSE. Per Minnesota Statutes §387.20, Subd. 6(3), the Employer will pay for P.O.S.T. License for Licensed Officers.
POST LICENSE. At the Client’s option and conditional on the prepayment of License Fees for a License Period equal to or greater than five (5) years, the Client shall be granted, at the expiration of the License Period, and subject to Section 2.7 below, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty free and fully paid-up license to access and use the last version of the Software installed by the Client at the date of the expiration of the License Period (the “Post License”).
