Posting and Bidding. a. The employer shall post a notice of any permanent vacancy along with the job description for the position for a period of five (5) work days at all facilities. A copy of all permanent vacancy notices and corresponding job descriptions shall be sent to each Building Representative and the Chairman of the Bargaining Committee.
