Posting and Bidding. 15.1 The Board of Selectmen desire that the Town Employees be given maximum opportunity for advancement in the service. When any municipal position covered by this AGREEMENT becomes vacant, such vacancy shall be posted in a conspicuous place in all departments listing the pay, duties, and qualifications. Employees within the department when the opening exists shall be given first consideration in filling a vacancy.
