POSTING OF COMPETITIONS. Subject to the provisions of the Civil Service Act and Regulations, where there is a competition to fill a vacancy or an anticipated vacancy in the bargaining unit, the Employer shall post notices of such competition electronically or on the bulletin board(s) in the buildings out of which the employees work, for a minimum of ten (10) working days. A copy of the notice of such competition shall be forwarded to the Institute.
