Posting Vacancies. (a) All regular full-time vacancies will be posted the first Wednesday following the week during which the Board becomes aware that a vacancy will exist. In the event a Department decides to review its staffing requirements then the posting of the vacancies may be delayed. The Human Resources Department will notify the Union of the reasons for any delay and the expected length of the delay. The commencement date of the vacant position will be included on the posting.
