Powers of the Joint Committee. .01 The Joint Committee shall deal with problems arising from the day-to-day administration of this Agreement, as well as any specific issues which may be referred to it by the express provisions of this Agreement. Regarding the day-to-day administration of the Agreement, the Committee shall function in an advisory capacity only, and it does not have the power to alter or amend in any way the express terms of this Agreement.
