Implementation Approach In order to achieve the project objectives, partners designed and pilot tested a coordinated approach to workshop delivery with several municipalities across Alberta in 2015. At the conclusion of the five pilot workshops, the content, material requirements, facilitation and technical support needs, implementation of a marketing plan and financial support requirements were refined, and a business case was developed to advance the program. This work was completed during the 2015 – 2016 calendar years and a launch of the Septic Sense program occurred in the fall of 2016. LSC launched the Septic Sense program in the fall of 2016 with a target of delivering 20 workshops by March 31, 2017. Practice Change. As a condition sine qua non for the Plaintiff’s acceptance of this Settlement, the Defendant has agreed to implement a business practice change to its mobile and desktop on-line transaction process pursuant to which a reservation price for a vehicle booking announced to a Quebec Resident based on all reasonably available information, including but not limited to, IP and customer’s addresses, device and browser locale and other user login information at the first step of said process will be equal to or higher than the price ultimately paid except for taxes and optional costs or services ( such as post-trip cleaning fees, prepaid fuel services, etc.) (“all-in”). For greater clarity, the “all-in” price must include the Trip Fees, as well as all amounts the consumer will have to pay to make a booking, including any mandatory fees that are not optional (the “Practice Change”).

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material.   • No Cost Change Request The Authorized User reserves the right to reasonably amend a Fixed-Price Deliverable, provided the amendment does not materially change the Scope of the Deliverable, without a cost increase. Although the Authorized User has endeavored to identify many tasks associated with a Fixed-Price Deliverable (Tasks), additional Tasks which can reasonably be anticipated to carry out the Deliverable shall be within the scope of the Deliverable, and shall not result in a cost increase. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 4, No Cost Change Request Template to reflect such modifications. Written approval of the No-Cost Change Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • Fee Changes On each anniversary date of this Agreement (determined from the “Effective Date” for each Fund as set forth on Appendix IV), the base and/or minimum fees enumerated in Appendix IV attached hereto, may be increased by the change in the Consumer Price Index for the Northeast region (the “CPI”) for the twelve-month period ending with the month preceding such annual anniversary date. Any CPI increases not charged in any given year may be included in prospective CPI fee increases in future years. GFS Agrees to provide the Board prior written notice of any CPI increase.

  • CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES The Company will, at any time during the pendency of a Placement Notice advise the Agent promptly after it shall have received notice or obtained knowledge thereof, of any information or fact that would alter or affect in any material respect any opinion, certificate, letter or other document required to be provided to the Agent pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Uncontrollable Circumstances The University shall not be in default of this Agreement if delays in or failure of performance shall be due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the University. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, acts of government or similar authorities, public health emergency, fire, flood, terrorism, earthquakes, weather, riot, civil disturbance, police action or similar events beyond the University’s reasonable control. In the event of an uncontrollable circumstance, the University shall immediately notify the Student and shall resume performance of its obligations immediately upon cessation of the uncontrollable circumstance.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Extraordinary Circumstances If either party is rendered unable, wholly or in part, by reason of strikes, accidents, acts of God, weather conditions or any other acts beyond its control and without its fault or negligence to comply with any obligations or performance required under this Agreement, then such party shall have the option to suspend its obligations or performance hereunder until the extraordinary performance circumstances are resolved. If the extraordinary performance circumstances are not resolved within a reasonable period of time, however, the non-defaulting party shall have the option, upon prior written notice, of terminating the Agreement.
