PRE-AMBLE. 1.1 The Project sponsor has awarded the above-mentioned recipient a bursary to participate in the 2024/25 International Leadership Development Programme (ILDP). The respective ILDP consists of formal hybrid study blocks, international immersions into Africa as well as other overseas destinations, syndicate-based Action Learning Research projects as well as personal development plan individual coaching. During the programme, delegates will be immersed in learning experiences to accelerate their business insights and learn directly from global business leaders. Delegates will be required to apply their learnings to identified strategic industry challenges in the domestic Wholesale and Retail Sector, in support of the W&RSETA’s goal to xxxxxx economic development, industry transformation and job creation.
1.2 Consequent to the award of the Bursary to the recipient to participate in the ILDP , the parties in this agreement have resolved to conclude this agreement in order to regulate the relationship between the three parties in order to ensure that the Bursary recipient participates in the programme to its completion. A further objective of this agreement, is that it aims to regulate the consequent failure by the Bursary recipient or the employer to complete the programme and the financial recovery processes to be engaged by the Project Sponsor resultant of such failure.
PRE-AMBLE. 2.1 The Seller and the Purchaser entered into the Main Agreement for the sale of the Property on the terms and conditions more fully set out therein;
2.2 The Seller and the Purchaser have agreed to amplify the terms of the Main Agreement as set out hereunder, which agreement the parties require to be reduced to writing. Purchaser Co-Purchaser / Spouse Witness 1 Witness 2
PRE-AMBLE. 1.1 BIXPRESS (Pty) Ltd herewith informs the consumer that it is in the process of registering, alternative is a registered credit provider with the National Credit Regulator in terms of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 read with the National Credit Regulations of 2006; and
1.1.1 that all of its credit agreements (credit limit facilities) are strictly managed in accordance with the aforementioned legislation, and
PRE-AMBLE. 1.1 This agreement constitutes the hiring of movable property between the Service and Product Provider and the Consumer being the Client, such movables being hired in return for a monetary consideration as agreed to within this here-said agreement;
1.2 This agreement will be governed by the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 read with the National Credit Act Regulations of 2006, when and if applicable;
1.3 This agreement will also be governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 read with the Consumer Protection Act Regulations of 2011, when and if applicable;
PRE-AMBLE. 3.1 It is recorded that the Seller is the registered owner of certain properties situated in Le Grand as more fully described in Annexure “B”. Approval by the relevant Authorities have been granted to establish an Estate on the aforesaid properties to be known as Le Grand Estate, or such other name as may be determined.
PRE-AMBLE. 2.1 The Seller and the Purchaser entered into the Agreement for the sale of the Property on the terms and conditions more fully set out therein;
2.2 The Seller and the Purchaser have agreed upon the manner of payment of the bond registration costs, as well as the application of the Consumer Protection Act No 68 of 2008, which agreement the parties require to be reduced to writing.

2.2 The Seller and the Purchaser have agreed to amplify the terms of the Main Agreement as set out hereunder, which agreement the parties require to be reduced to writing. 3. CONTRACTOR Purchaser Co-Purchaser / Spouse Witness 1 Witness 2
3.1 The parties acknowledge and agree that the construction of the Property will be carried out by the Contractor and, as such, the Contractor will be a party to the Main Agreement only for the purpose of providing the express warranties contemplated in clause 4 of this addendum and for no other purpose.
3.2 For the purpose of this Agreement, the Contractor chooses as its address and as its domicilium citandi et executandi, to be the following the address: 0 Xxxxxxxx Xx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, 0000.
