The written notice shall set forth the recommended disciplinary action, a statement of the acts or omissions of the employee giving rise to the disciplinediscipline and the date, time and place of the conference. The notice shall also state that the employee has a list of witnesses right to Union representation at the event or act known conference. The conference will be held at that time, documents known of at thata location determined by the Employer.
