Pre-Request. The Utility shall designate an employee or office from which information on the application process and on an Affected System can be obtained through informal requests from the Interconnection Customer presenting a proposed project for a specific site. The name, telephone number, and e-mail address of such contact employee or office shall be made available on the Utility’s Internet web site. Electric system information provided to the Interconnection Customer should include relevant system studies, interconnection studies, and other materials useful to an understanding of an interconnection at a particular point on the Utility’s System, to the extent such provision does not violate confidentiality provisions of prior agreements or critical infrastructure requirements. The Utility shall comply with reasonable requests for such information.

Pre-Request. On its Internet website, the Cooperative will provide a means to contact an appropriate representative to address informal requests and questions regarding interconnection. Typically, the name, telephone number, and e-mail address of a contact employee(s) will be provided.

Before completing Interconnection Request, customer/developer is required to attend a mandatory informational meeting with City of Concord Staff.

  • Service Request The Service Provider may:

  • Leave Request 1. The employee will provide notice to the University that includes the anticipated dates of absence and the type of leave the employee wishes to use during the absence. When the request for leave is for medical reasons, the employee will also provide a doctor’s statement to the University.

  • Change Request Either Landlord or Tenant may request Changes after Landlord approves the Approved Plans by notifying the other party thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “Change Request”), which Change Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including (a) the Change, (b) the party required to perform the Change and (c) any modification of the Approved Plans and the Schedule, as applicable, necessitated by the Change.   • Service Requests In support of services outlined in this Agreement, the Service Provider will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by the Customer within the following time frames:  0-8 hours (during business hours) for issues classified as High priority.  Within 48 hours for issues classified as Medium priority.  Within 5 working days for issues classified as Low priority. Remote assistance will be provided in-line with the above timescales dependent on the priority of the support request.

  • Employee Request Subject to the operational requirements of the service, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that an Employee's written request for vacation leave is approved. Where, in scheduling vacation leave, the Employer is unable to comply with the Employee's written request, the immediate management supervisor shall:

  • BFR (Bona Fide Request) The process described in the Network Element Attachment that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to a Party's request that the other Party provide a UNE that it is not otherwise required to provide under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Bona Fide Request Any request by a Party for services, including features, capabilities, functionality, Network Elements or Combinations that are not otherwise provided by the terms of this Agreement at the time of such request, shall be made pursuant to the Bona Fide Request (“BFR”) process set forth on Schedule 2.2.

  • Leave Requests All requests for leaves of absence must be in writing.

  • Change Requests 4.1.1. Either party can request changes to the Service.

  • No Cost Change Request The Authorized User reserves the right to reasonably amend a Fixed-Price Deliverable, provided the amendment does not materially change the Scope of the Deliverable, without a cost increase. Although the Authorized User has endeavored to identify many tasks associated with a Fixed-Price Deliverable (Tasks), additional Tasks which can reasonably be anticipated to carry out the Deliverable shall be within the scope of the Deliverable, and shall not result in a cost increase. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 4, No Cost Change Request Template to reflect such modifications. Written approval of the No-Cost Change Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.
