Pre-Retirement Information and Consultations a. Annually, not later than September 1, the District will provide to the Association a current list of all District employees who are within five (5) years of first becoming eligible for retirement, or who are currently eligible for retirement under any TRS retirement program. Between October 31 and December 15 of every school year, the District, in cooperation with the Association, shall provide individual pre-retirement consultations upon the request of any employee whose name appears on the pre- retirement list to determine whether the employee, under the salary schedule or CBA agreement (through horizontal lane movement, promotion, extracurricular stipends, summer school or mentoring responsibilities) or in any other manner would earn more than 6% over the previous school year’s creditable earnings not exempt from the TRS 6% rule, in any year of this Agreement.

Pre-Retirement Information and Consultations. A. By September 1 of the year a teacher reaches age 50, or upon employment if the teacher is age 50 or more when hired, the teacher shall provide the Board with a report from TRS of the teacher’s creditable service and accumulated sick leave and advise the Board of any service which may be claimed by the teacher but not yet recognized by TRS as creditable service.   • Public Employees Retirement System “PERS”) Members.   • Employment Information A written form will be used to specify initial conditions of hiring (including number of hours to be worked, rate of pay, unit and shift). Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees will be given written confirmation of a change in status or separation in accordance with University of Washington policy. Upon request to their immediate supervisor, records shall be readily available for employees to determine their number of hours worked, rate of pay, sick leave accrued and vacation accrued.

Contractor represents that it is in compliance with and agrees that it will continue to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code §§ 12900 et seq.), and ensure a workplace free of sexual harassment pursuant to Government Code 12950 and regulations and guidelines issued pursuant thereto. Contractor agrees to compile data, maintain records and submit reports to permit effective enforcement of all applicable antidiscrimination laws and this provision. Contractor shall include this nondiscrimination provision in all subcontracts related to this Agreement and when applicable give notice of these obligations to labor organizations with which they have Agreements.

  • NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE FEDERAL EARNED INCOME CREDIT The Contractor shall notify its employees, and shall require each subcontractor to notify its employees, that they may be eligible for the Federal Earned Income Credit under the federal income tax laws. Such notice shall be provided in accordance with the requirements set forth in Internal Revenue Service Notice No. 1015.

  • Severance and Retirement Options (a) (i) Where an employee resigns within 30 days after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 14.02 (a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of sixteen (16) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars.
