Limitations on Frequency and Amount. For checking accounts, there are no limits on the number or dollar amount (except for your available account balance) of transfers or withdrawals made from your account.  For savings accounts, you may make no more than six electronic transfers or preauthorized transfers (among other types of limited transfers) during any calendar month. See the deposit account agreement for more information about the limit for savings accounts.

This fee is waived if the primary Account on the card is eligible to participate in the MoneyPass network. The debit card will bear a MoneyPass logo on the back and the ATM will have a MoneyPass logo on it. • There is a $2.50 fee for ATM withdrawals, balance inquiries or transfers performed outside the United States. • There is a $0.50 charge for denied transactions at ATMs we do not own. This fee is waived if the primary Account on the card is eligible to participate in the MoneyPass network. The debit card will bear a MoneyPass logo on the back and the ATM will have a MoneyPass logo on it. • There is a $4.95 per transaction fee to make a cash deposit using your debit card at a Wal-Mart cashier or other approved location according to our published list. Foreign Automated Teller Usage Fee Disclosure: If you use your VISA debit card or ATM card at an automated teller machine which is not owned by us (a “foreign ATM”), the operator of the foreign ATM and any national, regional, or local network utilized to affect the transaction may charge you a fee. Mobile Device Transfers: You may use your mobile device to initiate a transaction to transfer through one or more financial applications or apps. You are responsible for all mobile device transfer payments to recipients using recipient information generated by you. Limitations on Frequency and Amount. There is no limit on the frequency or amount of Preauthorized Credits to your Accounts. – Preauthorized Payments are subject to the limitations described in Limits on Savings and Money Market Transfers and Withdrawals section of this Agreement. Special Rules for Preauthorized Payments Bank does not charge for any Preauthorized Payments on consumer Accounts but business Accounts may be charged related transaction fees. If you have told the Bank in advance to make regular payments or Preauthorized Payments from your Account(s), you can stop any of these payments. Here’s how: Call or write to Bank at the telephone number or address set forth in the Important Location and Contact Information section of this Agreement, in time for Bank to receive your request three (3) Business Days or more before the Preauthorized Payment is scheduled to be made. If you call, the Bank may also require you to put your request in writing and get it to the Bank within fourteen (14) days after you call. Bank may charge you a fee (as described in the applicable Schedule) for each stop payment order you give. If these Preauthorized Payments may vary in amount from the previous transfer under the same authorization or from the preauthorized amount, the person you are going to pay should provide you with the amount and date of the transfer at least ten (10) days before the scheduled date of the transfer. You may, however, choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that you set. If you order Bank to stop one of these Preauthorized Payments three (3) Business Days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and the Bank does not do so, it will be liable for your losses or damages.

ATM/Debit Card/POS Services Types of Transactions/Transfers: You may use the card and PIN issued you to pay for purchases from merchants who have agreed to accept the card at Point of Sale (POS) terminals within the networks identified on your card and such other terminals as the Bank may designate from time to time. Point of Sale (POS) transactions will be deducted from your Primary Account. Point of Sale (POS) transactions involving a refund will be credited to your Primary Account. You may also use the card to pay for purchases from merchants that accept the POS debit card With a VISA symbol. You may use the automated teller machine (ATM) card and personal identification number (PIN) issued to you to initiate transactions at ATMs of ours, ATMs within the networks identified on your card, and such other facilities as we may designate from time to time. Unless you specify a different account during Automated Teller Machine (ATM) transactions, your Primary Account will be used for your transactions. Your Primary Account number and information may be obtained from the combined ATM/POS/Debit Card Request Form. At present you may use your card to (some of these services may not be available at all ATMs): * Withdraw cash from your checking account. * Withdraw cash from your savings account. * Obtain balance information on your deposit accounts. * We will refund up to $25.00 per monthly statement cycle for ATM surcharges imposed by third parties.

Purchases, AFTs or cash advances at Visa® merchants may not exceed your available balance. Additional transaction limits may apply on a temporary basis if the Visa® authorization center is not able to communicate with us or if unusual activity on your account indicates potential unauthorized usage.
